Hello, my name is Eddie Frutchey 

(Artist and Creator of Art Party) 

I’ve been an artist since the beginning when I was a little guy of 7 years old. My parents signed me up in an after school art program with an inspiring teacher and I never looked back. I continued with art all the way through college graduating with a bachelors degree in Fine Art & Graphic Design. Soon after graduation I fell in love with teaching and became a substitute teacher specializing in art in Elk Grove, CA. (my home town) I have always loved painting and ultimately combined this love with teaching (& entertaining) all into one with ART PARTY! I first began with a fundraising party for my home church which has grown to being able to serve many others in my community. I am beyond blessed to do this work that I LOVE!

Art Party's mission is to bring people together in support of each other with art. Our fundraising parties our truly a WIN WIN for groups by generating awareness and funding for great causes while we build community. It is my hope that every art party can be a place for new friendships, positivity and personal growth. Whether you are painting next to your dearest friend or a complete stranger you just met, it is a wonderful opportunity to shine in that person's life and them in yours if only for 2 hours. (Even if their tree does look a little funny)
